Co-operative Pre-Incorporation Training

In an environment of high unemployment and many opportunities, too many South Africans are sitting around with nothing to do. By working with others, they can develop ideas and create working teams, which provide goods and services to potential customers. New co-op members are not familiar with the requirements of the Co-operatives Act, the constitution, the responsibilities of members and the allocation of rewards. It is hard work to become a co-op member and to decide which role to fulfill. ExecuThink has deep experience in urban and rural areas, with conducting workshops which explain how to form a co-op, how to manage it and also how to ensure its survival.
